Has anyone had surgical fibrosis removal after Lipo 360? Need advice!

Hey girls, I had Lipo 360 about 10 months ago, and I absolutely love my results. It was 100% worth it. At my follow up my doctor told me I have some fibrosis in my abdomen and said it can be removed with a small procedure under general anesthesia. I'm a little nervous because I don't want to ruin my results. Has anyone had this done? Was it safe, and did it affect your Lipo 360 results? I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience. 🥹
